Gentle Vinyasa Acro Flow


Take your practice into a gentle yet invigorating vinyasa flow that focuses on one breath to movement / posture.

Breathe deeply and let go, delve into the wonderful yet creative transitions the body can move into.

We will focus on taking each basic yoga posture and gently with our breath flowing into the next movement in a dance like creative flow.

We will have a chance to take each movement to newer heights at the end through basic Acro postures that allow the individual to build trust, strength, and deepen the connection between partner and the yoga practice itself.
