"I am on a mission to spread the importance of taking a proactive approach to one's health and wellness. Since there are so many essential oil companies out there and even more Independent distributors I think it is even more important to understand who you may get involved with. A little over two years ago I was unhealthy both physically and mentally. I would sleep for 12 hours and wake up feeling like I didn't sleep a minute. I would get burst of energy at 12am and then go to gym at 2am trying to keep my physical body in shape. I was fully depressed and fell to the lowest point in my life. I started doing my own research about why I was so tired and came across a book about adrenal fatigue, I knew that had to be the issue. However, I went to sleep specialist and he said and I quote "There is no way you have adrenal fatigue" and prescribed an antidepressant, however only YOU know your body and I knew there was something more so I refused to take the antidepressant (do to my personal beliefs on side effects and effectiveness) and went to a Dr of Chiropractic and nutrition. She said to me "your adrenals are so drained and some of the worst I have ever seen". I knew that was the case and knew myself best. While the Dr of Chiropractic and nutrition helped with my physical fatigue from adrenals I was still battling mentally with something very personal. Just recently I have accepted my true self and have made leaps and bounds with my mental health. So why do I find it important to explain all of this, because I have been on the other side of what it means to be unhealthy and uneducated and so my goal is to make sure this doesn't happen to others. Today, I am above the wellness line, I take nutritional supplementation for gut health, and joints, and overall health, I use essential oils for SO many uses from emotional support, to enhancing my workouts, supporting great sleep. I have taken out so many harmful toxins that are in everyday products such as toothpaste, to shampoo, all purpose cleaner, to deodorant. Taking these simple, but very crucial steps can have drastic changes on one's health and wellbeing and I would be honored to help guide and educate you on how to start living the Young Living lifestyle, I did over a year ago and I haven't looked back since!"
